Main responsibilities are customer service, consultations, building and maintaining customer relationships, revealing customer needs, making them feel satisfied and promoting their loyalty. The CRM should also present customer satisfaction surveys and analysis, build a customer database, make suggestions and develop a course of action based on survey and monitoring results, and analysis.
Required skills and qualifications are an academic degree, at least 2 years of work experience in Customer Service, fluency in Armenian, Russian and English, proficiency in MS Office, ability to reveal customer needs, communication and problem solving skills, negotiation skills, knowledge of modern methods of information collection, elaboration and analyze,customer service ethics.
