Duties and responsibilities are to greet and welcome visitors at the front desk and consult them, direct visitors to appropriate departments and employees based on their needs, answer phone calls and/or redirect to the revelant subdivision, provide basic and accurate information in-person or via other channels, receive, sort and distribute daily deliveries, respond to the client inquiries on the products and services offered by the bank and their fees and rates, performe other tasks of the unit.
Required skills and qualifications are University degree in Humanitarian Studies, at least 1 year of work experience in customer service, preferably in financial sector, solid verbal communication skills, high level of responsibility, excellent organizational skills, flexibility, multitasking and time-management skills, developed interpersonal and conflict management skills, active listening skills, ability to guide customers and resolve queries at first level, attention to detail, ability to work in a team, customer service orientation, ability to solve problems and to handle stressful situations, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and AS Bank is a plus, fluent in Armenian, Russian and English (knowledge of other languages will be considered an advantage).
