RA Court of Civil Appeals
The RA Civil Court of Appeal reviews the first instance courts within its jurisdiction, substantive judicial acts, as well as in exceptional cases provided by law, interim judicial acts. The Court reviews the judicial act within the limits of the appeal grounds and justifications.

Courts of general jurisdiction, the case the appeals against the judgments on the merits by the Court are heard by a bench of three judges, and the complaints lodged solely against interim judicial acts. The case examination in the Court of Appeal rules in the proceedings, unless other rules are not stipulated by the Code of Civil Procedure. The court shall enter into force one month after its publication. The court consists of 16 judges and the president of the civil court.

It cooperates with YSU Faculty of Law.
