RA National Seismic Protection Service Agency
National Seismic Protection Service is engaged in the earthquake prediction and monitoring of the seismic risk assessment and seismic hazard associated with secondary hazards and urban environment of stronger earthquakes impact assessment, spreading awareness on the rules of protection against earthquakes, earthquake search and rescue work coordination. It was founded in 1991 by the Cabinet of Ministers.

The Agency has North (Gyumri), West (Yerevan), South (ligament) and Eastern (Stepanakert) territorial services.

It is collaborating with the a style="text-align: center;" href="http://ysu.am/cooperation/en/1448265846-Geography-and-Geology" target="_blank"> Faculty of Geology and Geography.
