Criminal Appeal Court has jurisdiction to courts of general jurisdiction have not come into legal force, and in exceptional cases provided for in the Criminal Procedural Code, the cases relating to judicial acts which have entered into force. Grounds for lodging an appeal is a judicial error, a violation of substantive or procedural law, which affect or could affect the outcome of the case. The Court reviews the judicial act within the limits of the appeal grounds and justifications. Courts of general jurisdiction, substantive judicial acts, the appeals court are heard, the three-judge panel of the merits of complaints against judicial acts alone. The case examination carried out by the rules of the Code of Criminal Procedure, as well as the rules of the Cassation Court. The court shall enter into force one month after its publication.
