Nora Arisyan, a graduate of the YSU Oriental Studies Faculty, and Ambassador of the Syrian Arab Republic to Armenia was hosted at the Chair of Arabic Studies of YSU Oriental Studies Faculty.

The team of YSU Law Faculty was declared the winner in the annual insurance law moot-competition organized by the Office of the Financial System Mediator for students.

Karine Davtyan has been the director of the YSU Charles Aznavour Cultural Center for more than 16 years. She stages various plays, exposes students to the real culture, and very often listens to them as a senior friend.
