The UN Office in Armenia and “AIESEC Armenia” NGO with a number of leading Armenian universities has organized a series of forums “Youth for Sustainable Development”.

Seminars are organized at the HEI in the frames of this program, during which students and professionals discuss the pre-selected topics from “Sustainable Development Goals”.

The participants discussed the causes of gender inequality, social and cultural basis of the problem, as well as the process of sustainable development in the world and interconnected objectives.

The speakers emphasized that such events will support the deeper understanding and awareness among youth and especially students on the “Sustainable Development Goals” in order to promote more effective implementation of the program.
