"THE RETURN OF GREEN GODS"
The second book of YSU lecturer Vahe Arsen is published and translated into Dutch.

In the Central Library named after Avetik Isahakyan literary critics and readers of Vahe Arsen gathered today. The participants came to congratulate the young writer on the occasion of the presentation of his new poetry collection and poetic prize Jambe 2010, received this year in Holland. The prize was awarded to the poet by the President of Writers Union Levon Ananyan.

Despite the fact that the book The Return of the green gods was published in 2007, no presentation was organized up now. Three years later, in 2010, the Dutch translation of the book was published in Holland. By the way, this is the second book of the young poet; the first was published in 2003.

Vahe Arsen, hes Vahe Arsenyan, is known among the students under this name. He is Candidate of Philology, and delivers lectures on foreign literature in Yerevan State University. Since 2004 he is a member of the Writers Union of Armenia.

Anna Barseghyan admits that she likes poetry of Vahe Arsen because of its lack of pathos and also for the political subtext. Student finds the poet innovator: she found in the book 175 neologisms. 4th year student of the Faculty of Journalism Anoush Kocharyan noted that she first knew him only as a comrade Arsenyan. But then I realized that the person reading such beautiful lectures, can not, do not write, and I bought his book in a bookstore, - says Anoush.

Editor of the anthology Return of the green gods Hovhannes Grigoryan admitted that if he edited the book now, a few poems would have remained outside of the book. The books editor states the best wishes that can be addressed to the author is to increase the number of readers of the book, but at the expense of young people.

The presentation was attended by his colleagues, literary critics, who expressed their opinion about his bold poetry. I am very pleased that, thanks to Vahe Arsen social poetry, which is considered abroad a recognized genre, has reached such a high level here, too, - noted a literary critic Hasmik Hakobyan.
