"SCHOOL COMEDY" FOR ORPHANAGE CHILDREN
YSU students and children from orphanage visited Theater of Young Spectator today.

Freshmen of YSU Faculty of International Relations getting the agreement of the theater management in advance, led by their own means children from the orphanage named after Marie Izmirlian to play School Comedy.

Initially, organizers believed a very modest sum would be gathered. However, after the announcement, they were pleasantly surprised: the students were greatly inspired and active. A big amount was gathered, part of which was spent on purchasing tickets to the theater for 70 children from orphanages and the rest for the purchase of chocolate and juice for children. Management of Theater of Young Spectator, in turn, made discount for children from orphanage.

Unfortunately, there is certain indifference of the part of students to such issues. And I believe that this is not the students do not have the desire, but there are no initiators. You need only to organize and you will see the positive feedback from students... This idea is an old one. We want by our modest means to show the cultural values at least 70 children. In addition, children go out from the orphanage, communicate with their peers, - says a freshman from the Faculty of International Relations of Yerevan State University Azatuhy Simonyan.

In Zeytun orphanage named after Marie Izmirlian 82 children live. All of them are children of the socially insecure families. Communication with parents and relatives is constantly supported: on Fridays and Saturdays they can come to visit their children. In some cases children can be taken home. Education children receive in school of inclusive education N 59, located next to the orphanage.

Such cultural events are often organized in the orphanage. And every time the children are satisfied and impressed. Today, they have already waited from the morning with great enthusiasm, - told the orphanage instructor named after Marie Izmirlian Liana Markosyan.

11 years old Karine liked the performance because it was about the school and pupils, their peers. And the most important was that the characters were very funny and kind, they committed acts funny. The children were so inspired that even used to give advices from the hall to the actors. According to the theater staff children prefer not only comedies. They watch with great interest and more serious performances, intended for adults.

In the end the sweets and juices, bought in advance, were distributed among the children and then they returned to the orphanage.
