In the framework of the project “The role of leadership in career building: university-enterprise cooperation in a new format”, launched by YSU Alumni and Career Centre, YSU Rector Aram Simonyan held a meeting with the representatives of “Beeline Armenia” CJSC.
The program is open to YSU students as well as PhD students. It provides with the opportunity to learn about the functioning of the industries which are in a great demand currently, etc.
“We are always ready and have all the possibilities to expand the cooperation with the major employers in terms of training and practice. Today’s agreement, I am sure, will stimulate new and fruitful partnership,” - said Aram Simonyan.
The meeting was also attended by YSU Vice-rector on Students, Alumni and Public Relations Ruben Markosyan, Director of Alumni and Career Centre Lilit Hakobyan and others.
“The most important prerequisite for the development of each state is to have an educated and intelligent youth. And because our company’s future also depends on the young human resources, we, of course, are also interested in cooperation with Armenia’s leading university,” – said Mr. Pyatakhin.
Then Mr. Pyatakhin presented students modern trends and the development stages in the telecommunications and information technology field, the activities of “Beeline” company, as well as the peculiarities of the largest telecommunication companies in the world and Armenia.
The participants of the program “The role of leadership in career building: university-enterprise cooperation in a new format” will receive certificates in the end and the best ones will receive internship and job offers form the companies, which are included in this program.
