ARAM ANANYAN’S FOCUS ON THE PECULIARITIES OF LEADERSHIP
ARAM ANANYAN’S FOCUS ON THE PECULIARITIES OF LEADERSHIP
The project “The role of leadership in career building: university-enterprise cooperation in a new format” has been launched.

The first guest in the frames of the project, held by YSU Alumni and Career Centre, “Beeline Armenia”, “HSBC Armenia” CJSC and “Rosgosstrakh Armenia” CJSC was the Director of “Armenpress” news agency public and political figure Aram Ananyan.

The guest was presented the Director of YSU Alumni and Career Centre Lilit Hakobyan. Then the honorable guest spoke about the direct correlation between student leadership and career building.

“I am glad to visit my Alma Mater. I am pleased to see so many bright and shining faces here. It is quite important that the idea of leadership comes forward and is studied by students. Youth is the period when you can still fail, you have time to correct your mistakes and learn from these failures,” - said Aram Ananyan.

The speaker referred to the modern approaches and public perceptions of the concept of “leader”, noting that the idea of leadership today is distorted: leader in any field prefers to adopt intermediate positions in favor of different classes.

“When we speak about not to be a conflict generating person, we already do so, and the values in the basis of this conflict are just the most important component of the human being. The true leadership is based on the values, which simply can never be unsuccessful,” - said Aram Ananyan.

The meeting was interactive in its nature. Aram Ananyan answered students’ questions, which related to the agency’s history, goals, activities and human resources policy.
