YSU PARTICIPATED IN THE CONCERT, DEDICATED TO ARNO BABAJANYAN
On November 26, a concert dedicated to the 95th anniversary of the composer Arno Babajanyan was held in “Arno Babajanyan” Concert Hall in Yerevan.

The event was organized by the International Center for Russian Culture “Harmony” and the International Charitable Foundation for the Memory of Arno Babajanyan. The concert was attended by the winners and laureates of various years of international and national competitions “We sing songs of Arno Babajanyan”, “Main songs of Russia” and “Russian military songs”, including soloists and choir of YSU Cultural Centre.

 

The event featured the orchestra of the RA Honored Figure of Art, People’s Artist of Armenia Yervand Yerznkyan.

 

“We are honored to represent YSU at such an important event. We have already participated in the republican contests organized by “Harmony””, - said the lead singer of YSU Cultural Centre Arevik Prazyan.

 

The concert program included famous and favorite songs of Arno Babajanyan.

 

“Today, we listen to the songs that remind us our youth. We all know and love songs of Arno Babajanyan. It is very important that today in Armenia youth sings his songs,” - said Chairman of the International Center for Russian Culture Aida Harutyunyan.
