YSU STRENGTHENS COOPERATION WITH IRANIAN PARTNERS
Today YSU and Pyam-Nour University of the Islamic Republic of Iran signed a memorandum of understanding on technical and scientific-research cooperation.

The ceremony was attended by YSU Vice-rector on Scientific Policy and International Cooperation Gegham Gevorgyan and Head of the Chair of Iranian Studies at the Faculty of Oriental Studies Vardan Voskanyan.

In the framework of cooperation, HEIs will develop scientific, technical and educational cooperation within the framework of which lectures and research work will be organized for scientific delegations, researchers, specialists, students and lecturers. It will provide their participation in the international conferences organized at two universities, scientific researches, seminars, conferences and training.

Besides, the two universities have agreed to open a branch of the Yamash University at YSU in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Ministries of Education of the two countries.
