The elections will be held on April 17, 2018, and the deadline for submission of documents is April 2.

According to paragraphs 3, 4 and 5 of the mentioned above procedure, the dean of the faculty may be elected the professor or associate professor who has the scientific degree of a candidate or doctor and at least 5 years of scientific and pedagogical work experience.

Dean is elected at the Academic Council of the faculty for a five-year term by secret ballot. The Dean of the Faculty may hold office for no more than two consecutive terms.

It should be added that the decision of the Academic Council on the election of the dean is approved by YSU Academic Council in closed, secret ballot.

Candidate can be self-nominated or nominated by the structural subdivision of the faculty (Chair, Scientific Laboratory).

According to Paragraph 7 of the procedure, not later than 15 days before the Election Day, the relevant documents should be submitted to the Academic Council Secretary for nomination.
