FROM THE FORMULA OF SUCCESS TO THE ACHIEVEMENT OF THE OBJECTIVES
FROM THE FORMULA OF SUCCESS TO THE ACHIEVEMENT OF THE OBJECTIVES
The series of career building oriented seminars continue....

The seminar, held today at the initiative of YSU Alumni and Career Centre and YSU Centre for Gender and Leadership Studies, was called “Formula of Success”. The seminar was conducted by the representatives of “Rosgosstrakh Armenia” Ruzanna Inchikyan and Ruzanna Aghajanyan who focused on their mechanisms of success, noting that each of us should determine his own formula of success.

Three topics were included - time management, team work and self motivation. In the beginning of the meeting representatives of “Rosgosstrakh Armenia” made oral queries regarding the achieving success. It turned out that most students saying success understand aim, progress, self-knowledge, optimism, confidence, happiness and so on.

Ruzanna Aghajanyan is of the opinion that such meetings help to develop certain skills: “To achieve the goals you have to have a big desire. But dreams come true only when desire turns into action. If you wish something it means you should use any effort to achieve it.”

“Ask life for many things and you will get that all,” – said Ruzanna Aghajanyan. She is sure that success is in our hands, and to achieve this it is necessary to define clearly the expectations and actions.

The expert notes there is not much time to succeed; one just should be able to manage it correctly and do everything required step by step.

“The goal should be clear and specific. For example, instead of “I want to have a good job” you should say “I want to work at the World Bank.” It is also important to fix the financial expectations. For example, instead of “I want a good salary” you should say “I want to earn 300,000 drams a month,” - says Ruzanna Inchikyan, adding that in any case the aim will bring quality changes.

At the end of the meeting Leading Specialist on the Recruitment of Personnel of “Rosgosstrakh Armenia” Ruzanna Inchikyan noted how each student can discover his formula for success, participating in “Rosgosstrakh” company’s various youth projects: “Competition for students interested in insurance”, “Competition-project agent of future” and other professional sections, as well as various training programs conducted by service departments.

The speaker also presented the details of the competition-project “Agent of the Future”, noting that it will be launched on June 22, which is a wonderful opportunity for young people who want to make their first steps in business. During the competition, participants will gain practical knowledge, sales skills, learn how to work with clients, attend various professional courses, expand the scope of business relations and, of course, earn money.

It was noted that the successful man believes in his own abilities and possibilities not because he considers himself to be better than the people around him, he just does not miss the opportunities given to him.

P. S. The most successful people in the world have started with a failure. A turning point in their lives usually coincided with a crisis, from which they came out as a completely different person.
