THE EVENT WAS DEDICATED TO SOLDIERS LIBERATORS
THE EVENT WAS DEDICATED TO SOLDIERS LIBERATORS
The event “Immortals order” was held at YSU today.

The memorial was organized by YSU Vardanank military-patriotic education club and Radiophysics Faculty. The event was dedicated to the memory of the freedom fighters of the Faculty of Radiophysics Nerses Barbaryan, David Sargsyan, Petros Ghevondyan and Alexan Asatryan.

During the event, the life and combat path of the heroes were presented.

General Arkady Ter-Tadevosyan delivered a speech at the commemorative event and thanked for organization of the event and spoke about the efficiency of our army: “April 2016 showed that we have a strong army. This event strengthens us and at the same time shows what an invincible nation we are.”

Grigor Alaverdyan, Head of the Chair of Wave Processes and Physics at the Faculty of Radiophysics, said in his speech that he had the honor to teach four students-freedom fighters: “There was one thing that united them all. It was an extraordinary modesty. These four boys have never shown they have participated in the battle. If I were asked then who would be a hero, I would not be able to answer. Time has born these heroes.”

President of "Vardanank" Club Satenik Abrahamyan said: “Time brings us closer to the heroes and we understand the magnitude of that pain. Our nation is strong in that it can live parallel with pain, to create and to educate new generations.”

The event was accompanied by national, patriotic songs and music.
