I DON’T DESERVE IT: IMPOSTOR SYNDROME
I DON’T DESERVE IT: IMPOSTOR SYNDROME
“TED” foundation assemblies outstand with special performances. Under the motto “Ideas worth spreading” people share their experience, interesting ideas, inspire and are inspired.Actress Elisabeth Cox made a cartoon video in which she refers to Impostor Syndrome.

Have you ever met people who have actually succeeded in life, are good specialists but who can never show it with deserved pride? Or maybe you are among such people?

Imposter syndrome is a psychological phenomenon in which people doubt their personal qualities, can’t explain personal accomplishments with their individual abilities and efforts.

They doubt that they are worth the success they achieved. They actually think that they are simply lucky to be in the right place at the right moment or have been able to persuade people they are smart though actually they are not.
