MARKETING SECRETS IN FOCUS
MARKETING SECRETS IN FOCUS
The three-day seminar “Marketing A-F” kicked off at YSU today.

The seminar, organized by YSU Alumni and Career Centre was conducted by the co-founder of “Blue Book Training & Coaching” Center Narek Manaseryan. Among the participants were not only students from different faculties, but also graduates of the university. Narek Manaseryan welcomed the participants and urged them to be active.

The three-day program consists of three stages involving different approaches in marketing, customer segmentation, market sector, customer demand and choice, brand presentation, etc.

Director of the Alumni and Career Centre Lilit Hakobyan said that the purpose of the periodic meetings with the leading specialists in various fields is to transfer knowledge, which can help our students in future and to contribute to the success and achievements.

Narek Manaseryan believes that without marketing it is hard to succeed in business. According to him, lack of knowledge of marketing tools can cause serious problems in the company’s development, as well as in sales. “There are many definitions of marketing but the most inclusive is the following: marketing is the prediction of goods, services, organizations, people, and ideas - management and exchange through satisfaction.”

Highlighting the role of marketing success, he believes that there are also factors which are strictly necessary. For example, to find out the specifics of the market, to define the potential customers, revenues and pre-planning of target groups will help to succeed.

On the second and third days the speaker will introduce participants to a variety of marketing tools, features, will also speak about the principles and effectiveness of their use.

The seminar will end on April 8, and certificates will be handed out to participants.
