OPPORTUNITIES TO WORK IN THE BANK WERE PRESENTED
Today, “Hovhannes Adamyan” hall hosted a meeting with the representatives of “Inecobank” CJSC.

The project was implemented in the frames of the cooperation between YSU Alumni and Career Centre and “Inecobank” CJSC. The aim is to involve in the working process of the bank motivated, young people with innovative ideas.

 

Applications for participation in the program were submitted by 60 students and graduates. The main target group is the 4th year students of the baccalaureate and 1st year master students.

 

“The initiative gives young people the opportunity to learn of the career building opportunities in the banking sphere, information about vacancies, functions of the employees,” - said Artsvik Sargsyan, employee at YSU Alumni and Career Centre.

 

The participants’ opinions regarding the standards required by the employers were discussed. For one the primary is strictness, others prefer a friendly environment. Bank representatives claim that their team has created a warm atmosphere, trying to find opportunities for everyone.

 

“Within the framework of the project students will gain practical knowledge, opportunities for the self-expression, etc. We will try to assess the personal qualities, their visions, aspirations,” – said the Acting Chief of the division of personnel recruitment and selection Anna Davtyan.

 

Some of the participants will be tested on the basis of CVs, which includes financial and logical questions. Those who will progress into the next stage will be invited for an interview. We should also note that the participants will have the opportunity to get job in Yerevan and the branches of the bank in the regions.
