NEW KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE TO BUILD A SUCCESSFUL STARTUP TEAM
NEW KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE TO BUILD A SUCCESSFUL STARTUP TEAM
“Successful Startup Teams: What, Where, When?” three-day seminar-training kicked off at YSU today.

The seminar-training was organized within the cooperation of YSU Alumni and Career Center and “2mindS” company. The goal is to show participants what they need for a winning team, where and how to look for teammates and how to assess the team’s viability.

In the beginning YSU Alumni and Career Center Director Lilit Hakobyan welcomed participants and said that the three-day training will be conducted by the co-founder and director of “2mindS” Mariam Hambardzumyan and co-founder and business development director Gayane Grigoryan: “I assure you that we are collaborating with industry leaders and want you to get the most out of this course.”

Mariam Hambardzumyan, in a conversation with us, stated that as well as in the whole world, startups have begun to develop rapidly in Armenia: “In this area, it is important to take into consideration that the initiator should first decide whether he will make a team or act as an employer and will try to join the already established startup teams. And I hope that our course can also be decisive and cognitive.”

The trainer informed the participants that at the end of the event those, who will actively participate in all three days, will receive certificates, will be involved in practical work, and as a result will register satisfactory results.

During the training, the speaker presented what is the start, how to start with, what team should be created, what is necessary for it, and what responsibilities it implies: “As Eric Ries has set, the startup is a human institution (an informal group, a registered company) that works to create a new product or deliver a new service in an uncertain, i.e., rapidly changing environment.”

The speaker also expressed hope that the participants will not only gain new knowledge, but will also form teams and start active work.
