It should be noted that out of 32 applications submitted to the competition, 11 were recognized as winners, 4 of which are post-graduate students of Yerevan State University: Arshak Minasyan, post-graduate student of the Faculty of Informatics and Applied Mathematics, Tigran Petrosyan, post-graduate student of the Faculty of Physics, Razmik Sargsyan, post-graduate student of the Faculty of Biology, Areg Hunanyan, post-graduate student of the Faculty of Radiophysics.

The research project was launched in October, 2020 and funded by Science Committee of the Republic of Armenia. The project is implemented by Yerevan State University in cooperation with Dr. Mara Tignino who is a reader and a lead legal specialist at the Faculty of Law and Institute for Environmental Sciences of the University of Geneva.

Olimpia Geghamyan, Director of the Scientific-Educational Center for Environmental Law at YSU Faculty of Law, hosted Marianna Bolshakova, a representative of the UN European Economic Commission's international team of experts, and discussed with her the problems of ecological education and upbringing in Armenia.
