YSU STUDENTS ARE THE WINNER OF THE COMPETITION ANNOUNCED BY THE SCIENCE COMMITTEE
The Science Committee of the RA Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports օrganized the competition "Postgraduate and Young Applicants Research Support Program-2020".

It should be noted that out of 32 applications submitted to the competition, 11 were recognized as winners, 4 of which are post-graduate students of Yerevan State University: Arshak Minasyan, post-graduate student of the Faculty of Informatics and Applied Mathematics, Tigran Petrosyan, post-graduate student of the Faculty of Physics, Razmik Sargsyan, post-graduate student of the Faculty of Biology, Areg Hunanyan, post-graduate student of the Faculty of Radiophysics.

The official closing ceremony of the training phase of the program entitled "Information about the country of origin in the context of asylum decision procedures" took place in the courtroom of the Faculty of Law of YSU.
YEREVAN STATE UNIVERSITY HOSTED STUDENTS FROM THE MASSACHUSETTS INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY
Within the framework of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) International Science and Technology Initiative (MISTI) Global Teaching Labs (GTL) program Yerevan State University (YSU) hosted three students back in January this year for the first time. MIT students Yu Jing Chen, Anne Snyder, and Sean Zhang taught three different subjects and held hands-on workshops for YSU students.
