AUSTRIAN DIPLOMAT-YSU LECTURER
Alfred Missong, an outstanding Austrian diplomat, delivered a lecture for YSU Faculty of International Relations studentship today.

The lecture was headed Internal Policy of the First and Second Austrian Republics. Mr Missong focused not only on the Austrian foreign policy, but also drew parallels with CIS countries. The lecture was followed by a very interesting discussion.

In different years Mr. Missong used to be the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Austria to Mexico, Venezuela and Portugal, as well as Consultant of the Saudi Diplomatic Academy and the Director of the Diplomatic Academy (Vienna).

Such lectures are of great importance for us, students, because the lecture is delivered by an experienced specialist in the field, and the fact, that the lecture is in English, provides us with an opportunity to develop our skills in foreign languages, - said YSU Faculty of International Relations 1st year master student Andranik Kirakosyan.

YSU Faculty of International Relations Dean Gegham Petrosyan informed us that according to the preliminary agreement Mr. Missong will hold a course of lectures at the faculty.
