The Diploma awarding ceremony was organized at YSU Faculty of Economics for both bachelors and masters today. I wish You good luck in the area of Your modern specialty. Be always true to Your specialty, as Youve got serious rivals at our labor market, I mean the graduates of YSU, - said Dean of the Faculty Hayk Sargsyan.

The Bachelor Julietta Dabaghyan was awarded Diploma with Honors and is going to continue her studies for Master degree at the very faculty. I am very happy when I look back on the best four years of my life, which were spent in YSU, and if I had to enter HEI again, I would enter the same faculty, - said Julietta who is sure that will always keep high the Alma Mater graduate title.

YSU Rector Aram Simonyan congratulate the alumni and wished them good luck in all their activities, as well as mentioned the fact most of them have already got different positions. I am sure each of You will keep high the title of being Alma Mater alumni and always feel the spirit of YSU. To my mind Your skills will help a lot our country and YSU in future.

Maters degree is a scientific one and a great responsibility, too. You have just to improve the level of Your knowledge and skills, - said a master alumni Arthur Grigoryan.

"VISUAL COMPUTING" MASTER'S PROGRAM IS IMPLEMENTED IN YSU TOGETHER WITH THE UNIVERSITY OF ROSTOCK, GERMANY
In 2010, the first time in Armenia a joint double degree MS Program “Visual Computing” developed by the Faculty of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering of the University of Rostock, Germany and the Information Technologies Educational and Research Center of YSU has been launched. The development of the program has been completely supported by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD).
YSU SCIENTISTS MANUFACTURE A NANOSTRUCTURED SENSOR DETECTING LOW CONCENTRATIONS OF HYDROGEN
The Science Committee of MօESCS (Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports) RA (Republic of Armenia) has guaranteed funding for the scientific topic of "Preparation of a nanostructured sensor detecting low concentrations of hydrogen". We talked about the project with Mikael Aleksanyan, associate professor, head of YSU center of semiconductor devices and nanotechnologies.
