On September18 in the hall of academic council took place IGEFA recurrent charitable action. The president of the foundation Rouzanna Ohanjanyan established this foundation in memory of her daughter Irina Gyulnazaryan. She was a student of the philological faculty of Santa Barbara University in California and was a talented poet, patriot, who everywhere and always mentioned that she was an Armenian.

Pupils and students from Santa Barbara who knew Irina decided to help their Armenian compatriots. They organized a concert-event and the money which gathered from the concert gave to IGEFA who, in its turn, provides presents for YSU student.
The first person who was awarded 500 dollars was Gayane Nazaryan. I only told about the work I had done. Thank you to the people who value what I have done and want to do says Gayane. And the money should be spent on books and more important things for the profession.
