Short description

Static characteristics, pH-sensitivity, intrinsic low-frequency noises, photosensitivity, signal-to-noise ratio, detectivity of the biochemical sensor made on silicon nanowire field-effect transistor having front SiO2-Si nanowire-buried SiO2-p/Si substrate structure will be investigated and will be bring to light the peculiarities of the noise spectroscopy for the nanosize systems.
