Short description

The aim of this project is to establish the results of viscometry - one of the most critical method of changes of shape and size of macromolecules, for the studies of the possible structural changes in DNA under the influence of external factors and environments. Simultaneously, it must be developed a guaranty and specific strategy for the application it for the investigation of DNA. It is intended to investigate three types of actuating on the conformation of DNA factors: ionizing radiation, food additives, and medicines. It is also expected, that the results of investigation of influence of external effects on DNA and specificity of binding various types of compounds with DNA also estimates as detection and interpretation of possible variation of biological activity of DNA.
