Short description

The revealing of the first antibiotics opened new area for treatment of diseases caused by Long-term usage of antibiotics led to an emergence of antibiotic resistant bacterial strains. It is planned to find out Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella pnewmoniae antibiotic resistant strains, to study the activity of lactamase, phosphotrasferase, acetyltransferase and nucleotidtransferasease enzymes that insure antibiotic resistance. The presence of enzyme’s coding genes and the mechanism of antibiotic active removal from cell (efflux pomp) will be conducted by PCR method. In the final part of the study to find out The possible inhibitors of antibiotics modified enzymes among non-protein amino asides and peptides will be find out.
