1994 - 1999: Chair of Solid State Physics, Yerevan State University,
PhD in Physics, Thesis title: “Theoretical investigation of relaxation and magnetic characteristics of low-dimensional electronic systems”, degree awarded in January 2000.
1986 - 1991: Chair of Solid State Physics, Yerevan State University, Masters Degree with Honor Diploma.
