1978 - 1986 Post Graduate Study at Yerevan State University
1986 Candidate of Physical-Mathematical Sciences (Dr. of Physics), “Luminescence, Photoelectrical and Photoelectrochemical, Properties of TiO2 and ZnO Crystals”
