ONLINE MEETING ON "THE PROBLEM OF PRICES AND FINANCIAL STABILITY IN CURRENT CONDITIONS" AT YSU FACULTY OF ECONOMICS AND MANAGEMENT
An online meeting with the faculty, students and representatives of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia took place today at the Faculty of Economics and Management of Yerevan State University.

Referring to the impact of the Artsakh war on the financial system, the head of the Central Bank's Financial Stability Monitoring and Crisis Management Department said that commercial banks and credit organizations have announced that they will take measures to partially repay or review the credit obligations of killed soldiers and their families.

After the speeches, the participants of the online meeting had the opportunity to ask their questions to the speakers.

 

Afterwards, a substantive discussion was held between the teaching staff of the Faculty of Economics, the Faculty of Management, and the representatives of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on the issues related to the factors aimed at ensuring the stability of the financial system of the Republic of Armenia.

Gevorg Danielyan, Acting Head of YSU Chair of Theory and History of State and Law, Doctor of Law, Professor, Honored Lawyer of Armenia spoke about the process of forming YSU Board of Trustees, stating that it is a representative body and in order to have the right to act it is necessary to ensure election or appointment of all members.
