This is the joint initiative by UNESCO Moscow office of International Programming Institute and YSU.
This meeting has a goal to make us understand how we work and how it goes with CIS experience,- said before the seminar Alexander Grigoryan, YSU Vice-rector on Educational Activities.
The representatives from Kazakhstan National Technical University, Kyrgyzstan National University after Balasajin and State Pedagogical University after Herzen (Russia) were present at the seminar.
After every visit we get acquainted with new ideas and get more experience. This is our main role as an international institute - to spread the international experience,- said Dr. Vargis, Director of center on research and training in the area of higher education of the above mentioned institute.
RA Vice-minister on Education and Science Ara Avetisyan mentioned that seminar is an effective way for international collaboration and experience exchange. Representatives of different countries, so, are provided with the opportunity not only to speak about their results in this field, but also to estimate the results in the context of other countries, to analyze the approaches that will make the job more effective.
Mr. Avetisyan thinks that such seminars are too important for the ministry, which coordinates the sphere of education and science. For this case universities are the laboratories for the presentation of process and during the seminars the ministry has a chance to share the experience with different participants.
The efficiency of the process depends on the academic staff of the universities and students. They all are interested in it and are the people who must realize the projects,- said Ara Avetisyan.
The seminar will finish its activities on the 22nd of June and in the end round table is expected.
