DEAN OF YSU FACULTY OF SOCIOLOGY WAS RE-ELECTED Dean of the Faculty of Sociology, Professor Arthur Mkrtichyan was re-elected Dean of the Faculty with 23 votes for and 0 - against. 23 of the 24 members of the Faculty's Academic Council participated in the election of the Dean.
