International Conference at YSU: Russian Studies in the Modern World

From October 8 to 9, 2026, the YSU Faculty of Russian Philology will host the international scientific and practical conference "Russian Studies in the Modern World", dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the faculty's founding. 

The conference will cover the following topics:

• Theoretical and Practical Issues in Russian Linguistics

• Comparative and Typological Description

• Active Processes in Contemporary Russian

• Current Issues in Intercultural Communication and Pragmatics

• Current Challenges in Translation

• Russian as a Foreign Language: Traditions and Innovations
