Admission requirements

Admission is carried out in accordance with the Regulations on Admission to the Master's Degree Programme of Yerevan State University.

The aim of the program

The programme aims to provide students with fundamental knowledge in Human Resource Management (HRM) by introducing them to the theoretical foundations and practical dimensions of HRM; equip students with knowledge and practical skills related to the development, implementation, and evaluation of HRM strategies and policies, as well as contemporary HRM functions; familiarize students with the Labour Legislation of the Republic of Armenia and related legal frameworks, and develop their ability to apply them in professional practice.

Graduates of the Master’s Programme in Human Resource Management will have broad employment opportunities in the Republic of Armenia, particularly in the following institutions and sectors: the Government of the Republic of Armenia, the Staff of the President of the Republic of Armenia, and the National Assembly;  state and local self-government bodies;  ministries, state inspectorates, committees, departments, and public services;  the Central Bank of Armenia, state and non-state financial institutions, and banks;  HRM consulting companies;  the Armenian HR Management Association;  commercial organizations operating in telecommunications, hospitality and service industries, marketing, and manufacturing;  IT companies and start-ups;  local and international non-governmental organizations;   educational institutions and higher education establishments;  training and professional development centers;  healthcare institutions and rehabilitation centers;  cultural organizations, including theatres and museums;   local and international public organizations, foundations, and related institutions.
