About the program
Admission requirements
Admission is carried out in accordance with the Regulations on Admission to the Master's Degree Programme of Yerevan State University.
The aim of the program
The programme aims to provide students with fundamental knowledge in Human Resource Management (HRM) by introducing them to the theoretical foundations and practical dimensions of HRM; equip students with knowledge and practical skills related to the development, implementation, and evaluation of HRM strategies and policies, as well as contemporary HRM functions; familiarize students with the Labour Legislation of the Republic of Armenia and related legal frameworks, and develop their ability to apply them in professional practice.

Upon completion of the programme, graduates will be able to effectively apply information and communication technologies in practice and formulate and solve problems; use diverse sources of information and critically analyse information; communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with staff members, professional communities, and the wider public; adhere to the norms of professional ethics.
