Admission Requirements and Criteria
Applicants to the programme must hold at least a certificate of complete secondary education awarded within the three-level education system of the Republic of Armenia or another equivalent qualification.
Admission is carried out in accordance with the Decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia No. 597-N of 26 April 2012, "On Approving the Procedure for Admission to State and Non-State Higher Education Institutions of the Republic of Armenia (Bachelor's Degree Programmes) and Declaring Government Decision No. 686-N of 28 April 2011 Invalid."
Pursuant to the Decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia No. 1521-N of 30 November 2017, applicants to the programme are required to take the following Unified Entrance Examinations:
Mathematics (written);
Armenian Language and Literature (written) or a Foreign Language (written).
Full-Time Bachelor's Admission

Admission Rounds
Admission to full-time Bachelor's programmes is conducted in three stages in accordance with the national admission regulations.
First Admission Round. Applicants submit their online application for the Unified Entrance Examinations and programme preferences through the National Center for Educational Technologies (NCET) electronic application system (www.dimord.am) between 15 April and 10 May (until 18:00 on the final day).
Second Admission Round. Applications are accepted between 26 June and 1 July (until 17:00 on the final day).
Additional (Vacancy) Admission Round
Applicants who have achieved a passing score in the Unified Entrance Examinations but were not admitted during the main competition may participate in the additional competition, subject to the availability of vacant places. Applications for this stage are submitted electronically via www.dimord.am between 20 July and 26 July (until 18:00 on the final day). Applicants admitted during the main competition are not eligible to participate in the additional admission round.
The results of the main admission competition are announced on 18 July, while the results of the additional admission round are published on 30 July.
ՈՒՇԱԴՐՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ
Applicants admitted to the programme are required to submit the original copies of all admission documents, including the Unified Entrance Examination Certificate issued by the National Center for Educational Technologies, to the relevant academic unit within one week following the commencement of classes.
Instruction in the programme begins on 1 September.
Applicants admitted to the programme who are subsequently called for compulsory military service shall submit, through an authorised family representative, the required enrolment documents together with official confirmation of military conscription between 1 and 10 September. Upon submission of the required documentation, the procedure for granting a deferment of studies shall be initiated in accordance with the applicable regulations. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in cancellation of admission.
Required Admission Documents
The following documents shall be submitted for enrolment:
Certificate of complete secondary education or an equivalent diploma, together with the corresponding transcript (supplement);
One passport-size photograph (3 × 4 cm);
Original identification document (passport or national identity card) and one photocopy;
Original Unified Entrance Examination Certificate issued by the National Center for Educational Technologies;
Original military service record book, where applicable;
Additional supporting documents required for applicants entitled to preferential admission under the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
2026-2027 Admission Committee working days and hours
YSU Admissions Committee works from April 15 to May 10 (including) from 10:00 to 17:00, on April 15 from 10:00 to 16:00, and on May 10 from 1030 to 18:00.
Weekends: April 19, 24, 25, 26, May 1, 2, 3, 4, 9
From June 26 to July 1 (including), the Commission works from 10:00 to 17:00.
Weekends: June 27, 28
From July 20 to July 26 (including) Committee works from 10:00 to 17:00
on July 26 from 10:00 to 18:00
