The Student Scientific Society of the YSU Faculty of Armenian Philology, in cooperation with the Khachatur Abovyan House-Museum, held a special literary debate on April 14, dedicated to the 178th anniversary of the mysterious disappearance of the great enlightener.
By juxtaposing both well-known and lesser-known theories in literature, participants analyzed the mystery of Khachatur Abovyan's death as a complex and still unresolved historical issue. During the event, which was rich in scholarly and cultural content, students from various academic years conducted analytical discussions, compared different hypotheses, and assessed their scientific and factual foundations, offering new interpretations of his life and disappearance.
The discussion took place in a dynamic and engaging atmosphere, once again highlighting the importance of the ongoing cooperation between the Khachatur Abovyan House-Museum and the YSU Faculty of Armenian Philology.
