Dispositions of Leadership and Followership in Armenian Education and Science domain

The last year 2020 was a specific year for the word and for Armenian society. It was the year of pandemic and war. In fact, the crisis hits the most vulnerable parts of the system. Worth to mention about communicative vacuum existed in our society, which is result of damages in leadership and followership dispositions. The purpose of this research is to understand the process of construction leadership models in Armenian society. representation of women in leadership positions in science and education. It also aims to identify the key factors that determine the lower presence of women in senior leadership position in science and education, as well as policies to achieve gender balance in decision-making positions. The research emphases on the cultural and behavioral gender-based patterns and obstacles which lead to establishment of the specific way of understanding leadership and followership.
