"Career Compass": first steps toward successful career

"Do the work you love, and love everything you do."

The first HR group consultation session was held with specialists from Ameriabank's Talent Acquisition Department. During the meeting, participants had the opportunity to:

• advance their self-presentation skills, which are key in the recruitment process; 

• explore current and real demands of the labor market; 

• learn about career opportunities offered by Ameriabank.

Ameriabank specialists Anush Mkhitaryan and Nane Beglaryan shared their experience and knowledge with students and graduates.

The session also included an interactive workshop, during which participants took part in mock interviews, learned about prospects for entry-level professionals through real-life examples, and received first-hand advice on how to present themselves effectively to employers and successfully navigate all stages of the selection process.

This is only the beginning. The "Career Compass" program will continue to support students in discovering their professional paths.
