THE YSU ALUMNI AND CAREER CENTER CONTINUES TO EXPAND THE SCOPE OF COOPERATION: MEETING WITH EMPLOYER ORGANIZATION REPRESENTATIVES

The speakers of the meeting were Alina Melikbekyan, head of human resources of the international company, and Arpi Arzumanyan, an employee of the talent attraction team, who, by the way, is also a student of YSU. They talked about the establishment of the company, its activities in Armenia, and the opportunities provided, then presented the skills of creating a competent CV, and touched on the topic of how to properly prepare and appear for both individual and group interviews.

Alina Melikbekyan mentioned that the company has started its activity quite recently, and attaches great importance to the strong cooperative relationship with universities.

In a conversation with us, referring to the importance of cooperation with YSU and the opportunities provided to YSU students, the head of human resources of the company said: "All our branches operating in different countries in the world actively cooperate with higher education institutions. We have also started a cooperative program with all universities in Armenia, and we attach great importance to cooperation with the Mother University of Armenia. Appreciating YSU students' intellectual potential and great wealth of knowledge, we are ready to see them work in our company, as well as give them the opportunity for paid internships.

According to A. Melikbekyan, one of the company's priorities is to involve YSU students in their work, regardless of whether these students have work experience or not. The company itself provides the relevant knowledge and helps throughout the entire work process.

It should be noted that about 20 students of YSU currently work in the "Evolution Armenia" company.
