THE SESSION OF YSU BOARD OF TRUSTEES TO BE HELD ON JANUARY 22

The session is to have 7 items on the agenda and some current issues. The first and the second issues of the agenda of the 9th session of the Board of trustees of “Yerevan State University” foundation relate to the election of the President and the Secretary of the Board.

The third item on the agenda deals with the presentation of the report made by the Rector on the activities carried out in the main directions by “Yerevan State University” foundation and confirmation of the performance of the activities carried out in 2017-2018 academic year within the scope of YSU foundation development strategic program of 2016-2020.

During the session the information on the incomes and expenditures performance of the “Yerevan State University” foundation in 2018 (January-November).

The 5th item of the agenda refers to confirmation of the preliminary calculation of the incomes and expenditures of “Yerevan State university” foundation in the financial year of 2019.

The 6th and 7th items of the agenda deal with the confirmation of the structure and staff list of “Yerevan State University” foundation in 2019.
