“YSU IS THE KEY TO MY SUCCESS”: THE WINNER IN “BEST BACHELOR STUDENT” NOMINATION NAREK AVAGYAN

In his interview to ysu.am Narek Avagyan told about his success and achievements and about the role of YSU in getting them. For the second prize in “Best Bachelor Student” nomination Narek got a certificate, a souvenir and money reward.

The awards was held in October 2018. 25 students of different universities of the Republic got state educational prizes in IT sphere. The winners were handed in the prizes by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. One of the right and important decision in my life was entering YSU Faculty of Radiophysics.

The relationship between students and lecturers is warm and it had a significant role in my achievements. I consider myself to be an active student, I am a member of SC and SSS, I organize events myself to make student life more interesting. During mysecond year I took part in “YSU best student” awards and got the silver medal as the best student of the Faculty of Radiophysics. Each reward I got inspired me for further achievements. In February, 2018 I took part in “RA best student” awards and got the second prize in the field of engineering.

I also got a certificate and money reward. My best reward was the Cup handed in by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. The secrets of y success are: to have principles in decision making and follow them, to be consistent and hardworking, to get self-education and strive for success. I won’t get satisfied with my achievements and will move forward. This prize is only the beginning as I have decided to work in the field of science and research.

Students must be initiative, do research on their own instead of waiting for awards. The role of YSU is significant and it contributed greatly to my activity and achievements. Due to the theoretic and practical knowledge I got at my Faculty currently I am working in “Synopsis Armenia” company as an engineer. Students should completely understand and make use of the possibilities they get at the university.

They should be demanding and make their knowledge noticeable. The guarantee for getting succeeded is being in the right place at the right time. Students should use their critical thinking not only at the university but also in scientific sphere. I wish YSU to get enriched with young specialists and to make it possible for students of our Faculty to conduct practical classes at innovative centers. The keys to my success are YSU and my beloved teachers.
