Biological Sciences and Environmental Solutions for the Achievement of Sustainable Development Goals
The first "Biological Sciences and Environmental Solutions for the Achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)" conference serves as a global platform to address the urgent need for sustainable solutions to the world’s most pressing environmental and developmental challenges. The "BSES-SDGs" International Conference is dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the Faculty of Biology, as well as the 10th anniversary of the Research Institute of Biologyat Yerevan State University.
On March 27-28, 2025, YSU Institute of Biology will hold its annual two-day conference. Among the participants will be Rafayel Barkhudaryan, Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs at YSU, and Karen Trchounian, Director of the Institute of Biology.
Annual Conference of the Research Institute of Biology
On March 19–20, 2026, the Annual Conference of the Research Institute of Biology will be held. This two-day event will be attended by Rafayel Barkhudaryan, Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs at YSU, Karen Trchounian, Director of the Research Institute of Biology, and invited scholars. Researchers from the institute will deliver presentations showcasing the work they have conducted over the past year.
