The documents required for the decree (https://www.ysu.am/group/22/253) must be submitted to the dean's office, after which a bilateral agreement on the conditions of study organization will be signed with all candidates, including financial obligations:
The decree to those admitted to the paid education will be given after the payment of 25 percent of the tuition fee for the 1st semester (until September 10, 2024)
The tuition fee for the semester can be paid within 4 months in equal parts until the 10th of the given month.
a student who does not pay the tuition fee on time may be expelled from YSU.
Information for candidates admitted to YSU and conscripted for compulsory military service
From August 22 to September 10, 2021, any of the family members of conscripted candidates for the service or an authorized person must submit to the office of the relevant educational unit (dean's office) the notice of departure for mandatory military service; sign the application for deferment, which must be submitted to the YSU general division. (Central Building, Office N. 206) to schedule a deferment. Failure to do so will result in the candidate losing their position.

in case of paying at least 25 percent of the tuition fees for the semester, after being discharged, the tuition fees set for the 1st year of the given educational program in the academic year of admission should be paid,
in case of failure to pay at least 25 percent of the tuition fees for the semester, after being discharged, the tuition fee set for the 1st year of the given educational program in the current academic year will be paid.
After being discharged from compulsory military service (also early), a student must apply for reinstatement:
in the case of winter conscription, no later than two months after the date of the reason for study termination,
in the case of summer conscription, not later than within three months.
