ICA Co-Founder

Mr. Aramyan is a legal scholar and practitioner with a strong focus on public international law and international dispute resolution. He co-founded the International Courts and Arbitration LL.M. Program at Yerevan State University, where he teaches courses on Public International Law, International Court of Justice and International Treaty Interpretation.
Mr. Aramyan has over eight years of legal experience within the Government of Armenia, including as Head of the Department of Protection of Interests of Armenia in Interstate Disputes at the Prime Minister’s Office. In this capacity, he managed Armenia’s representation before the International Court of Justice, interstate arbitral tribunals, and the International Criminal Court.
Mr. Aramyan holds a Ph.D. in international law and is a Senior Lecturer at Russian-Armenian University, teaching various international legal courses for over eight years. He has also pursued advanced studies at the Hague Academy of International Law and the Paris Arbitration Academy and is licensed to practice law in Armenia.
