Ms. Khanazadyan co-authored the International Courts and Arbitration LL.M. Program at Yerevan State University and currently teaches courses on International Commercial Arbitration, International Investment Law and Arbitration within the Program. Her academic focus is complemented by extensive practical experience in International Business Law and Dispute Resolution, advising and representing both profit and non-profit organizations in cross-border transactions and domestic legal disputes.
For the past 5 years, Ms. Khanazadyan served as Head of Arbitration Practice within the Government of Armenia, where she represented the Republic of Armenia in investor-State and commercial arbitration proceedings. She was also a member of Armenia’s legal team representing the Republic before the International Court of Justice and in inter-State arbitration proceedings.
Alongside her academic work, Ms. Khanazadyan is the Co-Founder and Head of Legal Services at Equity Law Partners, a firm specializing in corporate law, dispute resolution, and strategic advisory services. She has been a licensed attorney with the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia since 2017.
