Rondine Cittadella della Pace is a non-governmental organization based in Italy, dedicated to promoting education, social change, and dialogue. The organization works primarily in regions affected by conflict or post-conflict situations, including the Middle East, the Balkans, the Caucasus, Eastern Europe, Sub-Saharan Africa, and South America.
The program is designed for individuals aged 21–28 who:
Have bachelor's degree (or going to earn it by July 2026),
Are actively engaged in or interested in the development of civil society.
Participants will spend 18 months at the international educational center located in Tuscany, Italy. During this period, they will:
Receive training in conflict resolution and leadership skills,
Simultaneously earn the first level of a master's degree in Italy.
At the end of the program, participants who wish to create and develop their own social or civic initiatives will have the opportunity to receive an additional six-month training focused on project development.
No prior language knowledge, including English, is required to apply. The program is open to young people from diverse educational, cultural, and social backgrounds.
