Step Toward Home Program is Seeking Camp Group Leaders

From June 12 to August 19 of this year, the Office of the High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs will organize the Step Toward Home program at the YSU Byurakan Industrial Practice Base. The program includes a series of educational and cultural activities.

 The initiative will bring together 600 Diaspora Armenian teenagers and young people, aged 13–18, from 30 countries.

The program is currently seeking group leaders aged 21 and above.

Under the supervision of the camp staff, group leaders will be responsible for ensuring:

• supervision of participants' daily routine (wake-up, meals, hygiene, sleep arrangements, and adherence to the schedule), 

• participant engagement, 

• safety and well-being, 

• organization of leisure activities (sports games, quizzes, etc.), 

• coordination of group activities. 

Knowledge of English and Russian is considered an advantage.
