The application process for the German Bundestag's International Parliamentary Scholarship (Internationales Parlaments-Stipendium, IPS) program is now open. The program is designed for highly qualified young individuals who are interested in politics and prepared to actively engage in democratic processes.
Eligible applicants are citizens of the Republic of Armenia who possess proficiency in the German language, were born after 1 March 1997, and hold a university degree.
The program will run from 1 March 2027 to 31 July 2027.
The application deadline is 31 July 2026.
