Within the framework of the Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation (ITEC) Program, sector-specific training courses implemented by the Ministry of External Affairs of the Republic of India are set to commence for the 2026–2027 period.
The courses are conducted throughout the year. Information on the courses is available at the official website: www.itecgoi.in. Candidates who meet the eligibility requirements for the courses offered during the respective period may register via the following link: https://itecgoi.in/upcoming_courses.
In addition to online registration, applicants are required to download and complete the full application package, which includes a passport copy, a medical certificate, a language proficiency certificate, and a letter of endorsement issued by the applicant's employing organization. Completed application forms (including original copies) must be submitted to the Higher Education and Science Committee of the Republic of Armenia for onward transmission to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.
As requested by the Indian side, application materials must be forwarded through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia to the Embassy of India in Armenia approximately 60 days before the commencement of the courses, to avoid the unavailability of allocated seats due to late submission.
