The Department of English for Cross-Cultural Communication and the Department of German Philology at Yerevan State University, in cooperation with DAAD Armenia, will host an international jubilee conference on November 5–6 2026 dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the Faculty of European Languages and Communication.
A dedicated section of the conference will honor women scholars who have made exceptional contributions to the development of language studies. This year's event will be held in loving memory of Professor Alina Tonoyan, PhD, the esteemed founder of the Department of German Philology.
